Coordinator – Continuing Education

Profile Qualifications: Established in accordance with provisions of Article 7-2.00 of the Policy for Management Personnel.***

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field;
• Five (5) years of pertinent management experience, ideally in a leadership role in post-secondary academic administration and in business development;
• Demonstrated abilities to develop and maintain successful business relationships and lead staff;
• Superior planning, prioritizing, project management and problem-solving abilities;
• Capacity to evaluate and innovate in academic programs;
• Excellent communications skills in English and French (written and spoken);
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies in a multicultural context.
• Exceptionally, a DEC and additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the preferred Bachelor's Degree
