Role Description

You will play an active role in supporting a team of engineers and technicians in launching projects and preparing reports related to rooftop sites and telecommunications towers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers and technicians with projects involving the modification or rehabilitation of telecommunications structures (towers)
  • Conduct inspections and ensure that plans and specifications are followed
  • Take field measurements required for the design of detailed plans and assess project feasibility based on available information
  • Prepare technical reports based on steel structure plans and inspection findings
  • Perform site supervision during construction and ensure compliance with technical standards and client specifications
  • Compile and organize all project documentation
  • Company vehicle provided for inspections

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in steel structures and/or telecommunications
  • Ability to write reports and read structural plans
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work variable schedules
  • Bilingualism (French/English – spoken and written comprehension, written expression) is an asset
