You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise and services in a retail setting. Primary Responsibilities

• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• measuring and fitting customers for various medical products
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• process orders
• receive shipments
• Merchandise inventory by putting stock away on store shelves and optimizing displays for retail sales for the best customer experience while shopping with us!

Qualifications

• high school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• experience in handling cash
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of relevant computer applications
• knowledge of administrative procedures
• experience in fitting for compression stocking and/or bracing an asset
