We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Account Executive, Membership Services team. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our Winnipeg jets and Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Members, providing personalized support, resolving inquiries, and strengthening long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. What to be excited for in this role:
- Serve as the primary customer service contact for a portfolio of Season Ticket Members and associated Share Partners.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries related to tickets, payments, account management, playoff packages, and membership benefits.
- Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and regular communication.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while identifying solutions that enhance the member experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions within the CRM system.
- Support members during Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose home games as required.
- Meet established service and communication targets through ongoing member outreach.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure member needs are addressed effectively.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services, or ticket options that align with customer interests.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, account management, hospitality, membership services, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while delivering outstanding service.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Results-oriented individual who can balance service excellence with business objectives.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
