The Role
We’re looking for a high-performance Meta Ads Manager to scale, optimize, and push our Meta advertising to the next level.
You will manage multi-million dollar budgets, drive acquisition at scale, and play a critical role in maximizing revenue and efficiency across our core markets (US, Canada, International).
This is not a maintenance role — this is a builder and scaler position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Meta Ads performance (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple markets
- Manage and optimize high daily budgets ($50K+/day during peak periods)
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining strong CPA and MER targets
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies (TOF / MOF / BOF)
- Launch and optimize campaign structures (Advantage+, manual, retargeting, catalog ads)
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts (UGC, influencer, commercial)
- Test and iterate aggressively on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Leverage first-party data, attribution models, and incrementality insights
- Monitor competition and identify scaling opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads at scale
- Proven track record of managing large budgets ($1M+/month)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct response
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, and optimization levers
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with high AOV products (furniture, premium goods is a strong plus)
- Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works

- Experience scaling brands to 8-figure+ annual revenue through Meta
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content
- Experience with cross-channel attribution (Meta + Google + Shopify)
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar
