This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your expertise in credit risk, sales strategy, and relationship management. Your job

  • Deliveroutstanding client experiences and act as the primaryfinancialpartner for clients withaverageloan and deposit volumes between $2MM and $10MM.
  • Manage and grow a diversified commercial portfolio, ensuringalignmentwith business objectives.
  • Execute sales activities to meetannualtargets in lending, deposits, and cash management.
  • Leverageinternal partnerships to provideholisticfinancial solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Assess and managecreditrisk in collaboration with the commercial creditteam.
  • Buildstrong networks and long-lasting client relationshipsthrough active business development.
  • Mentor and support junior employees, contributing to the development of the broaderteam.

  • Hold a Bachelor’sdegree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or relatedfinancial services.
  • Provensuccess in building and managing commercial portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client relationshipskills.
  • Availability to travellocally for client engagement and business development.
