In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining business intelligence tools, reports, and dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. Hours: Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible) with a 1-hour lunch Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and third-party tools for key business areas including sales, service, parts, and accounting.
• Build reusable data models and datasets to streamline reporting processes.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc business reports to management and department leaders.
• Support validation and reconciliation between data sources to maintain data integrity.
• Monitor report accuracy, ensuring outputs align with business objectives and accounting practices.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation of data systems, applications, and related processes to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or BI Developer role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting.
• Experience working with data from DBMS platforms such as MS SQL Server.
• Strong working knowledge with tools such as Power BI and other data modelling platforms.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas, Power Pivot).
• Understanding of financial, sales and operational business systems in a multi-location environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience within transportation, heavy equipment, or automotive industries a plus.
