Operating since 1991, The Wireless Age is the largest 100% Saskatchewan-owned and operated SaskTel Authorized Dealer and Authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Dealer, with 15 locations province-wide. We keep both retail and corporate clients connected with wireless, Internet, TV, business and two-way radio communications solutions.

The shipper and receiver is responsible for the timely and accurate receiving, invoicing and distribution of wireless devices, accessories and two-way radio products, across the province. The successful candidate is a quick learner, focused on accuracy, and prides themselves on their high productivity and reliability standards. 

Required Duties:

  • Receives product into inventory, including unpacking and verifying contents against appropriate documents; ensures product is accurately received into the computer tracking system.
  • Reports any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
  • Prepares product orders; picks and packages product for shipment for customers or branch locations across the province.
  • Ensures product is shipped in accordance with organizational best practices and customer requirements.
  • Arranges transport/pick-up and assist in loading and unloading of product.
  • Responds on a priority basis to any rush/urgent customer demands or sales department request.
  • Assists in maintaining safe working conditions and keeping stock rooms and related areas clean and free of debris.
  • May be asked to make deliveries within city of Regina.
  • Assists in physical counting of inventory on regular basis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Grade 12 education (or equivalent) is required and must be bondable.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License.

This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
