Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in British Columbia for a Franchise Business Consultant. The role involves supporting franchisees to optimize their business performance through effective business planning, operational support, and strategic guidance. The consultant will assess and improve store operations, assist with P&L management, provide expertise on franchising processes, and promote best practices. Regularly engaging with franchise owners and leveraging management consulting techniques are essential components of the role, ensuring alignment with The UPS Store’s standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive store performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience in Franchising and familiarity with franchising processes, including compliance and collaboration with franchise owners.
• Understanding of P&L Management with the ability to analyze financial performance and support profitability improvement initiatives.
• Background in Management Consulting or similar roles, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and tailored business solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to effectively support franchisees.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is an asset.
