Position Information Clinical Assignment: Family Medicine Temporary position until August 7th, 2027 approximatelyRotation/Shifts Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- Baccalaureate of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized university OR an equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by the Ontario College of Pharmacists;
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists with an unrestricted Part A license;
- Working knowledge of modern hospital care and drug therapy;
- In-depth understanding of use, composition and clinical effects of drugs;
- Ability to supervise/lead/coach/mentor;
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent teaching skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
