We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager in the construction, geotechnical and infrastructure industry. The successful candidate must have experience in foundations, shoring, deep utilities or similar
Our client is a well-established organization delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across Western Canada. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met, while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Project Manager responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple construction and infrastructure projects from pre-construction to completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Review project plans, specifications, and identify risks and efficiencies
- Coordinate internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project performance metrics and drive productivity improvements
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
The successful candidate has:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven leadership experience in project delivery and team management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Compensation and benefits:
- The discussed salary range is $120,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
