Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support initiatives within Financial Crime, Fraud, and Law Technology. This individual will be responsible for leading high-impact projects and programs within a banking environment, ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong executive presence, urgency, and the ability to manage complex initiatives with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects and programs with a minimum spend of $5 million Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the Financial Crime, Fraud, and Law Technology space Prime and lead programs that are primarily contained within their team, while coordinating cross-functional support where required Partner with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed Provide strong project governance, status reporting, and communication to leadership and key stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives Escalate issues proactively and bring urgency to resolving roadblocks Build strong working relationships across teams and demonstrate confidence in driving project outcomes

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5- 7+ years of experience leading projects and programs
• Proven experience managing initiatives within a banking environment
• Experience delivering projects with a minimum budget/spend of $5 million
• Strong ability to lead programs owned within their team while working effectively across cross-functional groups
• Excellent communication skills, with strong executive presence and a sense of urgency Demonstrated experience driving complex initiatives from planning through execution
