Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in waterfall project management and experience leading complex transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional projects that reshape how work flows across teams, tools, and processes. You’ll be the connective tissue between workstream leads, stakeholders, and executive sponsors—ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines with precision.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
• Tailor communications for diverse audiences—from senior leadership to frontline teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, RAID logs, charters, and lessons learned.
• Partner with Business Analysts to manage intake processes and support annual planning and governance.
• Drive enablement initiatives focused on workflow automation, process design, and portfolio planning.
• Proactively remove blockers, escalate issues, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably in transformation or enablement initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent, with deep expertise in waterfall methodology.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stream projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of navigating both strategic and tactical discussions.
• Experience in process design and implementation within HR or People & Culture functions is a plus.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity through structured planning.
