Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Claims Administrator. The role is located in Westmount, QC, with some work from home acceptable. The Claims Administrator will handle the daily management of insurance claims, process claims, provide customer service, and ensure proper claims handling. The role also involves working closely with legal and insurance teams to support claims management processes.
Qualifications
- Claims Management and Claims Handling skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
