Job Description:

  • Partner with some of Canada and US most well-known technology companies to help them grow their business.
  • Drive business development activities including building sales funnels, market mapping, and attending external events.
  • Network with top technology talent including Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, and Product leaders to help them build their careers.
  • Source, qualify, and advise candidates for specific job openings.
  • Effectively manage a database of candidates.
  • We are a motivated group of recruiters who are truly passionate about what we do, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in business consulting, sales, recruitment, or a technical background (software engineering, data science, or projects).
  • B2B sales experience
  • We are looking for an individual that can be efficient in task management, take ownership over their function, and consider themselves a relationship builder.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
