As a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing (Atlantic) your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business unit marketing plans in collaboration with managing partners, national marketing, business unit marketing teams and business service line leaders
  • Be a business partner and trusted advisor presenting ideas and strategies to the business unit management committee to support growth and delivering exceptional client experience
  • Manage business unit marketing team members and provide coaching and guidance in the development, execution and measurement of marketing plans
  • Manage the execution of the identified marketing campaigns, regional sponsorships/associations and events
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and marketing colleagues in the identification and creation of revenue generating campaigns aimed at clients, prospective clients or both
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on the development and execution of campaigns regionally
  • Utilize Grant Thornton’s CRM and marketing enablement software to manage and measure campaign success
  • Manage and track marketing activities against the annual marketing plan and budget
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team in the development of support materials including thought leadership, advertising, collateral, digital content and other support material as needed
  • Strategize with the media relations manager to develop media campaigns that support planned marketing campaigns
  • Work closely and regularly with national marketing managers to ensure all plans are cohesive and executable; ensure effective collaboration on all initiatives
  • Proactively provide professional development guidance, performance feedback and coaching to junior

  • 8+ years of experience with a focus on planning and implementing an integrated multichannel marketing

campaigns designed to build relationships, align with business strategy and focus on customer engagement to drive revenue

  • 3+ years’ experience managing, developing, coaching and mentoring marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • Professional services experience would be considered an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills with a strong ability to manage, influence and leverage a multitude of stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work with

tight deadlines

  • Intellectual curiosity that drives you to look further, broader, deeper
  • Resourceful with an ability to incorporate ingenuity in the provision of creative solutions that meet client needs
  • Travel required
  • Have experience with:
