Sales Recruitment Consultant
Summit Search Group is a national recruitment and talent acquisition firm that specializes in placing top talent in sales, operations, and management roles with local, regional, and national organizations within a variety of industry sectors. Our Calgary team is looking for a dynamic and innovative sales focused recruitment professional to join our team.
As a Sales Recruitment Consultant you work closely on behalf of both clients and candidates, building strong relationships, gaining a solid understanding of their needs, and ultimately negotiating win/win solutions. All the tools and support needed for success are provided, and some of the perks include a performance based and uncapped commission plan, 3-weeks paid vacation, company health benefits plan, on-site parking, company laptop and cell phone.
In this role you will:
- Achieve personal sales quotas by securing new clients and by expanding business opportunities with existing customers.
- Use a thorough needs-based selling approach to manage a 360-desk and close deals.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers to gain industry knowledge and grow referral networks to pursue sales leads for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop a solid understanding of what companies do, who their competitors are, their work culture, and their hiring profile.
- Headhunt top-tier talent that possess the specific skills, experience, and personality traits that match your open jobs.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools to network, source and connect with suitable candidates.
- Interview candidates and effectively evaluate their personality, qualifications, and strengths in comparison to your client’s hiring requirements and present the best talent for hire.
- Manage the hiring process with all parties, coordinate interviews, share feedback, and always deliver excellent customer service with timely and professional follow-up.
- Close deals by negotiating job offers and terms of employment, and completing references and background checks.
- Continually forge local referral networks with clients and candidates remaining top of mind for future business opportunities.
