Bon Accord Community School is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Full-Time Temporary Kindergarten Teacher. The position runs from August 25, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Bon Accord Community School offers Pre-K-4 programming and is located approximately 20 minutes north of the City of Edmonton in the Town of Bon Accord. The school has a student population of approximately 210 students and a dedicated teaching and support staff working together as a team to provide exemplary education to all students. The school nurtures a safe and caring environment through offering various programs to encourage strong leadership. What You'll Do

• Lead a vibrant and inclusive Kindergarten classroom
• Support early learners in developing foundational literacy and numeracy skills
• Create a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports student growth
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to support student needs

What You Bring:

• A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of three years experience teaching kindergarten and early elementary students
• Deep understanding of early brain development
• Enthusiasm for helping young learners grow in confidence and creativity
• A flexible, student-centered approach
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
