We're looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in the automotive aftermarket, dealership, tire, wheel, truck accessory, or automotive parts industry.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and coach the sales team

✅ Drive showroom sales and profitability

✅ Oversee daily operations and customer experience

✅ Develop processes and improve efficiency

✅ Build relationships with commercial and retail customers

✅ Help grow one of Alberta's premier automotive accessory brands

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience

✔ Leadership or management experience

✔ Proven sales success and customer service excellence

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Passion for building teams and creating results

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
