Speeders is racing to new levels, and we’re looking for great people to join us as we grow. Now the most exciting entertainment in the city, offering a full bar and restaurant in addition to our racetrack and other attractions, we are seeking a Manager to continue driving our growth.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our organization. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments

- Collaborate with department leads to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement

- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company goals, policies, and procedures

- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company standards and procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Experience:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Entertainment or Hospitality Industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solid understanding of financial management principles

- A minimum of 3 years management and staff supervision experience, preferably at a public attraction.

- Ability to train and develop others to succeed through coaching and talent management
