Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sherweb’s Dynamics 365 (BizApps) offerings. This is a strategic growth role: Dynamics is one of Sherweb’s largest portfolios, and we are making significant investments in partner engagement, SI ecosystem development, and industry presence. You will act as Sherweb’s BizApps champion—defining the strategy, building ecosystem programs, and driving cross-functional execution to accelerate adoption and revenue. You’ll also represent BizApps in cross-portfolio initiatives (such as Copilot and AI Business Solutions) to ensure Dynamics opportunities are maximized. You will drive key deliverables in both strategy and execution.Strategic responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling short- and long-term vision for Sherweb’s Dynamics 365 portfolio that aligns with company growth objectives.
- Growth Leadership: Drive Sherweb’s expansion in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem by shaping differentiated GTM plays, partner enablement, and SI engagement.
- P&L Management: Own profitability and budgeting decisions, balancing run-the-business vs. investment priorities.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Track competitive trends and conduct SWOT analyses to inform positioning and strategy.
- Microsoft Alignment: Act as Sherweb’s primary liaison for Microsoft BizApps programs, ensuring alignment with roadmap updates, co-sell motions, and incentive capture.
- Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Represent BizApps in initiatives such as Copilot and AI Business Solutions, working closely with the Productivity PM to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Value Proposition: Gather and integrate partner and customer feedback to refine our BizApps value proposition, messaging, and offers.
- Pricing Strategy: Define pricing models that reflect both MSP and SI partner needs, distribution dynamics, and Sherweb’s cost structure.
- Performance Reporting: Present portfolio performance assessments and action plans in Business Reviews.
For execution, the key deliverables are:
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence across Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and Operations to deliver on BizApps strategy.
- Vendor Management: Build a strong relationship with Microsoft’s BizApps team and maximize collaboration opportunities, programs, and funding.
- Partner Engagement: Develop and execute programs for MSP and SI partners that drive Dynamics adoption and build loyalty.
- Industry Presence: Support Sherweb’s participation in key events to gather market insights and strengthen relationships.
- Product Integration: Oversee Dynamics-related processes in Sherweb’s platform (migrations, billing, support, transfers) to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Business Cases & Projects: Own internal business cases and lead strategic projects from concept to execution.
- Customer Feedback: Maintain regular engagement with partners to capture insights, identify needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with expertise in Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM); exposure to Power Platform an asset.
- Strong go-to-market skills with knowledge of the CRM/ERP landscape, partner motions, packaging, and GTM strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute ecosystem strategies involving both MSP and SI partners.
- Financial acumen, including P&L ownership, financial analysis, and investment decision-making.
- Experience managing vendor relationships (ideally Microsoft) and navigating incentive/partner programs.
- Ability to lead through influence across functions (Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Engineering).
- Excellent communication skills to tailor messaging for technical audiences, partners, and senior executives.
- Deep understanding of the MSP channel; knowledge of SI dynamics is a strong asset.
- A creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to “think big, start small, and move fast” to consistently deliver partner and customer value.
- Solid command of product management fundamentals (market research, positioning, analytics, roadmap).
