Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Halifax, NS. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services. Responsibilities include managing paid media (PPC, SEM), coordinating social media marketing, overseeing SEO efforts, supervising graphic design and branding projects, and ensuring effective marketing automation. The Marketing Manager will also analyze marketing data, report on campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Media (PPC, SEM) and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in SEO and marketing automation
• Skills in Branding, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
• Ability to analyze marketing data and report on campaign performance
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in video production and UI/UX design is a plus
