Role Description We are seeking a Superintendent for a full-time role located in Winnipeg, MB, with flexibility for some remote work. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations at job sites, manage project schedules, collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role includes coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring quality control, and preparing progress reports. The Superintendent will play a key role in fostering communication across the project team, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within time and budget constraints. Qualifications

  • Scheduling and Team Coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Concrete Construction, Restoration Techniques, and Turnkey Solutions
  • Proficiency in Safety Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Responsibility
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation
  • Experience with innovative materials, cutting-edge equipment, and dust-free technologies is preferred
