INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER with a minimum of 5 years of professional experienceYOUR ROLE
You will actively contribute to the design and development of large-scale projects by transforming client needs into creative, functional, and innovative concepts. Reporting to the Head of Architecture Studio, the Intermediate Interior Designer plays a key role in the design, development, and implementation of interior design concepts. They are instrumental in translating client requirements into creative, functional solutions that meet technical standards, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop inspiring interior design concepts tailored to project requirements
- Produce sketches, conceptual drawings, and mood illustrations
- Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture (FF&E)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to the production of presentation materials and technical specification sheets
- Work closely with the visualization team by providing the necessary information to ensure renderings are consistent with design intent
- Opportunity to present to clients, depending on context and skill set
- Contribute to the upkeep, organization, and enhancement of the materials library
- Ensure effective coordination and contribute to the overall quality of projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design (non-residential projects)
- University degree in interior design or equivalent
- Strong design capabilities and a highly developed aesthetic sense
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and rigorous
- Bilingualism (French and English)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of InDesign (an asset)
- Experience with AI tools (an asset)
