Project and Operations Coordinator

Location: Calgary, AB

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of projects across our manufacturing and field services operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee day-to-day operations for field services and manufacturing teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects, identifying risks or delays and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in resource planning, including labour, materials, and equipment allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between field services, manufacturing, and management teams to align goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records for internal use and client updates.
  • Monitor workflow processes, suggest improvements, and support continuous operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to operations leadership as needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in Electrical / SCADA.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to draft electrical drawings is considered an asset. 
  • Proficiency in ERP tools/software is an asset.
  • Experience in manufacturing, field services, or industrial operations is a strong advantage.

This position is strictly in-office in Calgary, AB. Remote or hybrid work is not available and will not be considered. Please only apply if you are able to work on-site.
