Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join a multi-year enterprise IT program. The successful candidate will lead solution design, technical implementation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and Sales modules), Power Platform, and Azure services, while providing technical leadership to a cross-functional team.
This role is 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, and requires demonstrable senior-level experience on enterprise-scale IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Customer Service and Sales modules).
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop custom solutions using .NET, Azure Functions, and plugins.
- Implement Power Pages Portals and reusable enterprise-level solutions.
- Support data migration from SQL Server, Oracle, and other sources to Dataverse.
- Deliver application-specific reporting with Power BI and other enterprise reporting tools.
Technical Leadership
- Oversee technical aspects of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online implementations.
- Provide leadership across development, planning, estimation, and scheduling of project activities.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Drive platform stability, maturity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage pipeline deployments using Azure DevOps.
Platform Administration & Support
- Manage user access, permissions, and security roles.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Provide responsive support for technical and user issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and Microsoft support as needed.
Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and third-party systems.
- Build seamless data flows and transformations to improve data accuracy and availability.
- Support multiple environments (Non-Prod, Prod, DR) in an enterprise IT setting.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead on multi-year, enterprise-scale IT projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Sales modules.
- Experience implementing Power Pages and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, integrations).
- Expertise in configuring, customizing, and developing plugins for Microsoft D365.
- Experience with data migration from SQL/Oracle to Dataverse.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of solution design, integration, and technical architecture.
Nice-to-Have / Assets
- Experience with SharePoint, XML, Oracle Database, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, AI Foundry.
- Hands-on experience with XRMToolBox.
- Prior experience in public sector or large-scale enterprise environments.
Education & Certifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure certifications are considered an asset.

- Location: 100% onsite in Regina, SK
- Term: 2 years, with possibility of extension (up to an additional 2 years)
