Bring Marketing Plans to Life
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive in Vancouver, BC to help turn marketing plans into organized, practical campaigns. You’ll work across promotional activity, customer research, campaign coordination, and marketing communications while helping keep projects moving from idea to delivery.
This role would suit someone who is creative, commercially minded, organized, and confident working with different people. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing projects rather than focusing on just one channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activity from planning through to delivery
- Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Research customers, competitors, and market trends to support campaign planning
- Assist with digital, email, social media, and offline marketing activity
- Track campaign deadlines, deliverables, and project updates
- Coordinate information between marketing and other internal teams
- Support promotional events, launches, and customer-facing initiatives
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Monitor campaign activity and compile basic performance information
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, contacts, and marketing projects
- Assist with new marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide day-to-day support across the wider marketing function
What’s Important
You’ll need strong communication skills, good organization, attention to detail, and an interest in marketing and customer engagement. Confidence using standard office software and digital marketing platforms will be helpful.
Previous marketing, communications, advertising, sales, events, customer service, or business experience is useful.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, work to deadlines, contribute ideas, and stay organized while managing several projects at once.
