Finance Analyst IV

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main function of a financial analyst is to help investigate and lead the production i.e. end-to-end process mapping of for Wholesale Banking variable compensation with a focus on highlighting key information and data flows. Liaise with our finance and HR partners to gather relevant information to understand and prepare relevant financial commentary. Lead in the process stand up to improve the effectiveness of the team's processes and participate in the remediation efforts in streamlining account attestation processes.

MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years financial and/or accounting experience required

• Accounting or industry specific designation (i.e. CA, CMA, CGA, CPA)

• High level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Understanding of the Banks management and financial reporting processes

• Knowledge of the Banks financial reporting system (i.e. Hyperion and prior experience in running Hyperion queries is preferred Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

• Ability to work independently and manage ones time

• Strong business partnership and relationship building skills
