Business Development Manager

Robert Half is looking to hire 3 Business Development Managers to support different practice groups within the BC Business; Finance and Accounting, HR and Business Support, Technology and Digital.

The ideal candidates will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct value-add marketing activities through in person meetings and outbound phone calls
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Maintain existing relationship with both hiring managers and working contractors
• Partner with recruitment team to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred.
• A proven record of new business development and relationship management
• Excellent communications skills, both interpersonally and non verbal
• A history of working in a fast paced environment, as part of a high performing team
• A genuine curiosity about business, and the BC economy
• History of hitting and exceeding goals, pushing yourself to be better.
