We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead and support a high-performing team in a dynamic trucking company. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations.

• Monitor daily AR operations to maintain compliance with company policies and optimize efficiency.

• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to meet departmental objectives.

• Oversee the collections process and manage escalated customer account issues to resolution.

• Generate and analyze AR reports, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows and improve overall customer experience.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all AR processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle escalations and team challenges.

• Proficiency in accounting software, CRM platforms, and other related tools.

• Adept at managing collection processes and resolving customer account discrepancies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all AR activities.

• Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is an asset but not mandatory.
