Role Description This is a full-time on-site Snow Maintenance position located in Calgary, AB. The role involves performing snow removal and related maintenance tasks to ensure safe conditions on commercial properties during winter months. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, completing preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring timely and safe completion of snow-clearing assignments. A focus on reliability, attention to detail, and safety compliance is essential. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment-related issues
• Ability to operate snow clearing equipment safely and efficiently
• Commitment to working during winter conditions, including availability for early mornings and on-call shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in landscaping, snow removal, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
