The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in shaping data-driven decision making across Red Bull Canada’s Sales and Distribution functions. This role is responsible for owning the development, design, and delivery of business intelligence solutions, ensuring the right insights are delivered to the right stakeholders at the right time. The successful candidate will act as a key partner to core business users, approach business questions using appropriate analytical frameworks, develop scalable reporting solutions, and proactively identify insights that improve performance, execution, and decision-making. This role also serves as the local subject matter expert for analytical tools and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake). All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:REPORTING AND DATA TOOL DEVELOPMENT Lead and contribute to the end-to-end development of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools supporting Sales and Distribution teams, leveraging the most appropriate tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Design clear, intuitive data visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights. Maintain and continuously improve existing standardized reports to increase efficiency, accuracy, and usability. Ensure consistency and alignment of KPIs, metrics, and definitions across reporting solutions. Lead or contribute to automation initiatives that streamline recurring reporting processes. DATA PREPARATION AND ANALYSIS Manage and maintain Snowflake data objects (tables, views, schemas) across curated data layers to support scalable and performant analytics. Perform SQL-based transformations, joins, aggregations, and data quality checks to prepare commercial datasets for downstream reporting and dashboards. Validate data accuracy and consistency across source systems, Snowflake datasets, and reporting outputs, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. Partner with business stakeholders to interpret results, translate analytical findings into actionable insights, and support informed decision-making. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Lead and contribute to the delivery of data solutions from requirement intake through development and go-live. Partner closely with Sales, Distribution, and Commercial stakeholders to clarify business needs, define success criteria, and manage expectations. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical and technical solutions. Support change management and user adoption for new tools, reports, and processes. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or similar roles.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Data Model) and Office Tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience applying appropriate statistical techniques to business problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience working with large datasets and structured data models.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, GCP, Azure), is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for analysis or automation is a plus.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80,750 to $89,250. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
