Come upgrade Alberta's Wireless Network Infrastructure.

Raven Telecom is seeking Experienced Telecommunications Lead Hands / Crew Members.

Experience we are looking for:

• Have previously been employed as a Lead Hand or Foreman in the tower rigging industry
• Have experience rigging towers, installing Antennas, working with Fiber Optic cables and DC power cables
• Can lead a crew and train less experienced workers
• Microwave / backhaul experience

• Reliability - you can be relied upon to show up to work on time and ready to work
• Integrity - you have a desire to do good and honest work

A typical day:

• Prep Materials, Load up truck and trailer, drive to sites 30 minutes to 4 hours away, install Antennas on a 300' or less Guyed Tower, Install FO/DC trunk cables, Azimuth Antennas, complete other small tasks throughout the day.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
