Salary: $55,000–$60,000

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing activities and support a small team of Marketing Specialists. This role focuses on ensuring work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with brand and campaign priorities. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support Marketing Specialists; assign tasks and manage workflow
• Review creative, content, and digital outputs for quality and consistency
• Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet brand standards
• Coordinate marketing activities across email, digital, and promotional channels
• Monitor workload, deadlines, and team capacity
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to team members
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations on campaigns and initiatives
• Track results and identify improvements to processes and performance

What you’ll bring

• 3–5+ years of marketing, campaign, or digital experience
• Experience reviewing marketing work (content, creative, or campaigns)
• Experience coordinating work or supporting a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or onboarding team members
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and reporting
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
