Location: Saskatoon, SK Type of Employment: Contract ID# 6229Overview Leads process safety initiatives across design, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for a uranium processing facility. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA studies with engineering teams.
- Develop process safety management (PSM) systems and procedures.
- Evaluate chemical and radiation risk control systems.
- Provide technical leadership during commissioning and operational transition.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years in process safety within the mining or nuclear sector.
- Familiarity with CNSC, CSA N288, and international PSM standards.
