Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineering Technologist (Fresh Graduate) to support our team in proposal preparation and cost estimating. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in office-based civil engineering support work and eager to learn proposal development and estimating. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
- Support cost estimating and quantity take-offs
- Review RFPs/RFQs and assist with compliance documentation
- Compile proposal submissions, schedules, and supporting documents
- Coordinate inputs from technical and project teams
- Maintain proposal templates, databases, and records
- Perform basic research related to project scopes and client requirements
- Support senior staff with estimating and proposal-related tasks
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (fresh graduate)
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
