As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for providing a professional, transparent, and consultative experience—ensuring our guests feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with professionalism and care, setting the tone for a premium service experience
- Schedule appointments and create detailed work orders
- Communicate technician findings and recommend services based on diagnostic results
- Guide customers through the repair process with clarity and integrity
- Provide regular updates throughout the service lifecycle
- Present final invoices, explain charges, and answer any questions
- Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (luxury/import brand preferred)
- Familiarity with dealership CRM systems – ERA/Reynolds experience is a strong asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge to confidently explain service recommendations
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- A team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
