Net Results Systems Support Inc., a Managed Services IT company based in Regina, is currently hiring a full-time Network Support Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning new technologies in a supportive environment.
The Role
As a Network Support Technician, you will:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients, covering desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers.
- Set up and configure workstations, servers, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with client onboarding, hardware deployments, and occasional project work.
- Work closely with other team members to prioritize and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience
- Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in IT/network support is a strong asset but not required—motivated new grads are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with:
- Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Networking hardware (firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points)
- PC hardware troubleshooting (RAM, drives, power supplies)
- Mobile device configuration (iOS, Android)
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are considered assets.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (on-site client work is required)
