We’re looking for a strategic and customer centric Director, Client Lead to join our team remotely. As a Director, Client Lead you'll serve as the senior strategic leader for key client accounts**,** with accountability for client growth, relationship management, revenue performance, and long-term partnership success. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end client relationship strategy and serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Build long-term partnership roadmaps aligned with client goals and Pollard’s business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, account profitability, and identify opportunities across Pollard’s products and solutions.
  • Lead strategic pursuits and growth initiatives throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Align cross-functional teams and product leaders to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience.
  • Influence and drive accountability across a matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Advocate for client priorities while balancing business needs, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and issue resolution while strengthening executive-level relationships.

  • A strong communicator who can influence executive audiences, simplify complexity, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to bring diverse groups together in a matrixed environment.
  • Commercially minded and solutions-focused, with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering meaningful client outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
  • Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and building strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • Experience leading consultative sales engagements, complex RFPs, negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and account profitability.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core area (e.g., print, digital, retail, or related solutions) with the ability to lead multi-product solution discussions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/French considered an asset depending on client needs.
