We value, respect, and equally support applicants from these groups. About The RolePosition: Remote Strategy Supervisor role Location: Based in RBH Office in Ontario. Extensive travel required. Reporting to: Senior Manager, Strategy (RBH) Role Overview The Remote Strategy Supervisor plays a national role focused on upskilling, developing, and evaluating Remote Territory Executives and Area Commercial Supervisors, emphasizing capability building and remote execution excellence. The Remote Strategy Supervisor will function in an autonomous but responsible manner consistent with RBH guidelines to achieve set KPIs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Remote Sales Capability Development: Lead national upskilling, coaching, and capability building for Remote Territory Executives and Area Commercial Supervisors.
  • Remote Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement remote sales strategies aligned with RBH’s objectives. Works with Area Commercial Supervisors in setting KPIs and remote territory objectives, monitor performance, and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide individualized coaching, training, and support to team members, focusing on onboarding, remote sales best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Remote Sales Systems & Reporting: Leverage strong knowledge of remote sales systems and CRM tools. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
  • Special Assignments - From time to time, the Remote Strategy Supervisor will be required to actively participate in projects or special activities.
  • Travel: Travel within assigned provinces to support, coach, and develop remote Territory Executives.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

  • A University degree and/or College Diploma (required)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in remote management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a remote sales environment
  • Experience coaching and developing teams new to remote sales
  • Strong knowledge of remote sales systems, CRM platforms, and KPI setting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Canada
