Overview The Raw Materials Coordinator position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing direct support to the Manufacturing Associate Leader and Mfg Associate Supervisors. What you can expect from us:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for materials availability of all cans, bottles, lids, bib bags, corrugate and miscellaneous materials for the production site
  • Provide material forecast to all raw material suppliers for the production site
  • Daily and weekly reconciliation with of all raw material ingredient usage
  • Track and communicate promotional raw material inventories to minimize write offs
  • Ensure supplier defective materials are processed via Damage material report (DMR) timely
  • Drive resolution of issues relating to supply and quality of raw materials for the production site
  • Complete APS transactions
  • Complete all period end inventory reconciliation processes
  • Follow all GCS requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional follow-up and initiative
  • Two year associates degree or equivalent
