Position: People Experience (HR) Co-op

- Support the execution of the HR Plan in areas such as retention, recruitment, compensation, diversity and inclusion and communication.
- Assist the HR Manager with the implementation of HR programs or initiatives.
- Provide recruitment support to business units including internal recruitment testing and awarding, and external interviewing and candidate selection as needed
- Work with HR Manager to support labour and employee relations projects
- Support Co-op and Campus programs
- Currently completing a post-secondary program in Human Resources, preferably with Industrial Relations or Business/Management focus.
- High level of commitment and respect for the role and clients served.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and quick learning capability.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Strong leadership skills with a developing coaching/mentorship mindset.
- Ability to set priorities, take initiative, and work with little direction.
