Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Edmonton, AB. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting lawyers by preparing legal documents, managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining proper documentation. The role involves effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other third parties, as well as managing administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Family/Employment/Civil

• Law and experience in Legal Assistants roles
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation with attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Administrative Assistance and office management tasks
• High level of organizational abilities and time management skills
• Proficiency in legal software and office tools
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
