Are you a strategic thinker with a strong background in fleet operations and vehicle safety? A national organization is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join their team and take ownership of a large-scale vehicle program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vehicle demand planning and OEM negotiations.
• Oversee third-party fleet management partnerships and contract tenders.
• Develop and enhance driver safety, vehicle inspection, and trip log compliance systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers on telematics dashboard implementation.
• Manage annual vehicle upfitting tenders, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Drive improvements in cost-efficiency, safety, and quality control.
• Execute annual MVR verification campaigns and maintain audit-ready records.
• Lead initiatives to meet fleet sustainability and ESG targets.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Business, Logistics, Automotive Trade, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analytics skills.
• Experience managing national fleets and working with fleet management providers.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair standards and traffic safety regulations.
• Proven track record with fleet telematics systems.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
