Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC for an Executive Management Assistant. The Executive Management Assistant will provide executive support, handle administrative tasks, and manage expense reports. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling, communication management, and logistical support to the executive team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Executive Support and Expense Reports management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
