Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role at our Edmonton, AB location. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily store operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, contributing to loss prevention efforts, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert guidance to the team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and store leadership
• Proven experience in Store Management and overseeing daily retail operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and techniques
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail management experience is an asset
• Post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus
