NES Fircroft is seeking a Procurement Analyst – Supply Chain Management to join our client’s team in Calgary, AB. This role supports all Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities for operational, technical, and project requirements, as well as contingent workforce coordination from initial requests through close-out.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, the Procurement Analyst is responsible for procurement execution and system entry within Oracle. Occasional travel to field locations may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all P2P activities from requisition through purchase order (PO) issuance, reconciliation, and close-out.
- Enter and maintain procurement data within Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support contingent worker and consultant engagements, including documentation and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and legal teams to finalize Terms & Conditions and mitigate contractual risks.
- Communicate updates with stakeholders, assist with expediting as needed, and contribute to vendor performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Oracle procurement systems required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail.
- Commitment to Health & Safety and teamwork.
Education & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
