Sales & Distribution Lead (Remote)

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Growth Path

• First 8 weeks: 25% commission on all revenue you generate

• After 8 weeks: Opportunity to transition to a base salary + 10% commission, based on performance and early success milestones

• During initial period: Commission-only structure with upside for performance-based increases

There is no earning cap. High performers are rewarded.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in retail, pharmacy, supplements, or grocery

• Existing buyer or distributor relationships are a strong asset

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach

• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and consumer trust

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and sales partners

• Own the sales cycle from lead generation through close

• Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships

• Develop regional or channel-specific sales strategies

• Collaborate with marketing, education, and product teams to maximize sell-through
