Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Calgary, AB. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mobility and rehabilitation equipment. The role also involves providing field service, delivering excellent customer support, and addressing client concerns to ensure equipment safety and performance. Collaboration with internal teams and healthcare professionals will be essential in maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair to effectively service and enhance mobility equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure timely resolution of equipment malfunctions
  • Experience with Field Service operations, including working directly at client locations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and caregivers
  • Proven ability to perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the service area
  • Technical certification or relevant training in repair/maintenance is an asset
