About The Role

The position of Chief Business Analyst within the Payments and Cash Management Delivery team is a strategic role that acts as a vital bridge between business units and delivery teams. This role involves managing and delivering complex business and technology projects across various sectors, with a focus on optimizing processes and implementing new technologies. As a key member of an agile team, you will support decision-making processes, define project scopes, and lead workshops involving multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Your expertise in business analysis will be instrumental in modeling current and future processes, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring traceability of requirements. You will also contribute to the development of product roadmaps, support testing scenarios, and operationalize solutions within operational teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth and technological advancement, making a tangible impact on the bank’s operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Industry-related university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance)
  • Several years of relevant experience in business analysis, process transformation, or related fields
  • Strong business analysis skills within a technology-savvy ecosystem
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping techniques, including BPMN and lean approaches
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to model processes, conduct impact assessments, and support operational transfer of solutions

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business needs and requirements under the guidance of the product owner
  • Support operational teams, business line partners, and IT teams in decision-making and deliverables
  • Define the scope of process optimization initiatives and proactively plan activities for various deliverables
  • Maintain and prioritize the project backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Lead workshops with diverse stakeholders to facilitate understanding and consensus
  • Model current and future state processes using industry-standard mapping practices
  • Conduct high-level and detailed impact assessments across business and technical domains
  • Apply best practices to identify, document, and trace business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional)
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and release planning in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Define user test scenarios (SIT, functional, user acceptance) and support end-users during testing phases
  • Operationalize solutions within operational teams, ensuring smooth transfer and adoption
  • Propose and support change management strategies to facilitate organizational and process changes
