Restoracare Health is a private, multidisciplinary clinic offering premium chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and wellness services. Located at Jarvis & Queens Quay E—just a 15-minute walk from Union Station—our clinic features modern facilities with beautiful city and lake views.
We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Administrative Assistant / Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent part-time position with opportunities for career growth and potential to transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage appointments using JaneApp
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Process payments and bill insurance companies through Telus Health
- Reconcile insurance payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure all required forms and online screenings are completed upon arrival
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, including end-of-day closing duties
- Organize administrative and staff areas, including light laundry
- Monitor and restock supplies, equipment, and retail products
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports of outstanding balances and payments
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English and comfort with technology-based apps
- Previous administrative experience is an asset (but not required)
- Customer service experience is required
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision
- Comfortable using and supporting clinic social media platforms
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
Hours
- Primarily weekday evenings: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM + Weekends
- Additional hours available for pick-up if desired
Compensation
$17.60 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
All training for medical billing, insurance processing, and clinic procedures will be provided.
